From Friday, 25 till Monday, November 28th, 2016,

To discover, taste and buy the specialties of over one hundred producers of carefully selected French, Italian and European gourmet products in a refined and convivial setting, this is what makes this show famous in the field of gastronomy for more than twenty years.

The opportunity also to attend the culinary demonstrations of the principality and French Riviera most famous Chiefs : Joel Garault, Chief of Le Vistamar Hotel Hermitage in Monaco,
Franck Cerutti and Gian Luca Strobino, Chiefs of the Hotel de Paris Salle Empire in Monaco,
Jean Claude Brugel, Chief of the Brasserie Café de Paris in Monaco, Stéphane Coco, Chief of the Joël Robuchon Restaurant at the Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo,Philippe Joannes, Chief of Fairmont Monte-Carlo, Emmanuel Lehrer, Chief of Le Mas de Pierre in St Paul de Vence,...

Other events include the Slow Food Riviera Côte d'Azur Award and the Special Jury Prize, rewarding exhibitors for theirs products quality, tradition, originality and innovation as well as the Gastronomic Editors Prize which rewards wines and champagnes producers, whose jury is made of journalists, editors and professionals sommeliers.

An initiation into gastronomic pleasures will allow, a month of Christmas and new Year holidays, to find fine products and original ideas for these festive occasions.
